Our program and services are designed to ensure that we are following our mission to support and revitalize the African American community and other under-served and underrepresented populations of the Greater Puget Sound Region through accessible economic and community development projects, programs and services.

to provide outreach, assessment and mentoring services for the Tacoma Training and Employment Program (TTEP) which is a pre-apprenticeship opportunity in construction and trades.
